The national language in Malaysia is Bahasa Melayu. English is the second language but Chinese is neither one of them in Malaysia.

Most of the government official documents are written in Malay and some written in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Whereas private sectors use English as the first communication English.

On the road, we can only see Melayu or sometimes English. It is not allowed to have Chinese words written on the road sign. Although in Penang, a small state in Malaysia where majority of the residents are Chinese, get to have Chinese sign boards on the road.

But that's not enough. We should have Chinese to be legalised as one of the national languages! We are the second largest race in Malaysia, if we have Chinese as one of the national languages, the country will develop faster!

If you are a Chinese, please sign this petition and send our voice to the government of Malaysia.

Thank you.
